The Loudest Words

Say it once, twice and again a hundred times
Scream and shout until your lungs burn out

Preach, teach; nag him like a leach
Scold and advise, just to make her wise

Read and write until they get it right
And say it again, they wont even put a fight

For immunity catches up, needn't say 'Stop'!
That is their wont, "No, I won't!"

That's just how loud words can get,
Whoever the speaker, that I bet

Not just advise, even something as sweet
As "I Love You" will eventually deplete

Redundant it becomes,
All bemoan, "Here he comes"

I shed the ego that any writer carries
Give up the belief that words are fairies

For it is evident, they can't change the universe
To believe it can is simply perverse

Hence I tell you - "Just zip it"
Bloody Blundaleomite, can you do it?

Claims of love, how sincere?
Show it to me, how much you care

Treat my eyes, astonish my touch
Prove it to me, just do that much

That and only that can pierce my heart
Everything else is as good as fart

How loud actions are - the adage is
"The Loudest Words" won't be spoken
Sit tight and enjoy the show friends
My first poem - here it ends!
